For a house that has not had a proper clean in a while: inside the oven and fridge, skirting boards, door frames, blinds, window tracks, tiles and grout.
Spring and pre-sale cleans
Presentation cleaning before photos, an open home or guests. We work to the areas a buyer actually looks at rather than spreading time evenly.
Airbnb and short-stay turnovers
Fast turnarounds with linen changes and a photo report after each clean, so you know the property is guest-ready without visiting.
What a regular clean includes
- Kitchen: benches, splashback, cooktop, sink, exterior of appliances and cupboards.
- Bathrooms: shower, screen, tiles, toilet, vanity, mirrors and floors sanitised.
- Living and bedrooms: dusting, surfaces, mirrors, vacuum and mop, beds made.
- Whole home: cobwebs, light switches, bins emptied and rubbish taken out.
Ovens, fridges, windows, balconies and inside cupboards are add-ons rather than hidden extras — tell us at booking and we allow the time for them.
Moving out instead?
A regular clean is not a vacate clean. If you are handing back keys, you want our end of lease cleaning in Sydney with the bond back guarantee, usually with carpet steam cleaning included.

How much does house cleaning cost in Sydney?
Regular cleaning generally runs $45 to $60 per hour, with a typical two-bedroom apartment taking 2 to 3 hours. Deep and pre-sale cleans are quoted on the property because the time depends heavily on condition.
Do I need a contract?
No. Regular cleaning is booked visit by visit and you can pause, reschedule or stop at any time. Most clients stay because the same team keeps turning up, not because of a contract.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes, including vacuum, mop and commercial products. If you prefer we use your products — common with stone benchtops or sensitivities — just leave them out.
Are you insured and police checked?
Yes. Angelic Cleaning NSW carries public liability insurance and our cleaners are vetted before they work in a client's home.
Can the same cleaner come each time?
That is our default for regular clients. If your cleaner is unwell we send someone briefed on your home rather than skipping the visit.
